1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Flat Rate: We offer a $10 AUD flat rate for standard shipping on all orders under $100.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $100 AUD or more.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive..

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Tallow Face and Body is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes, import duties).


Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, due to the natural and personal nature of our skincare products, our return policy is as follows:

1. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will happily replace or refund products that are damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you.

Return Window: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report an issue.

How to Initiate a Return:

In your email, please include:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • A description of the issue (e.g., "damaged item," "wrong product").
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging.

We will review your request and, upon approval, provide you with instructions for the return. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or incorrect items by providing a pre-paid shipping label.

2. Ineligible Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind.
  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Items reported as damaged or incorrect more than 7 days after delivery.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
